ABOUT JESSICA CAPRIO

Jessica grew up in sunny Southern California with her parents and 2 sisters. She is the daughter of a well respected, general contractor in her father and a musician and photographer with her lovely mother.

 “I used to go to jobs with my dad and learn various things. I've
always been around home construction sites and homes in various stages of remodeling. Seeing the
transformations of some of the homes he worked on over the years, has always kept me
interested in the construction & real estate industries.”

Jessica moved to Cape Cod over 20 years ago to be close to her parents and she fell in love with it!  Cape Cod is where she met her wonderful husband, Brian.  Brian is a local landscape and building company owner. He's been in the landscape and building industry for over 30 years! Brian and Jessica make a great team.  Their combined efforts often overlap.  Their latest project working with a home seller in Yarmouth had Brian helping the seller with landscaping & power washing the exterior of the home while Jessica helped the home seller prepare the inside of the home readying it for pictures and marketing it for sale.  

Jessica and Brian have 4 beautiful children and reside in West Barnstable on their sweet Cape Cod farm.  The farm is a small rescue farm where they have horses, goats, chickens and a cat named Binx.

“We definitely enjoy all things Cape Cod. We live close to Sandy Neck beach and love to spend our summers driving out and enjoying the beautiful beach with family and friends. We also attend a local church that we absolutely love.

For as long as I can remember I've been caring for people in many different capacities. For almost 20 years I worked in the Healthcare field. I have met so many wonderful people that I still keep in contact with today. It was a great and rewarding career but I felt like there was more that I wanted to accomplish in life. That's when an opportunity presented itself to me and I jumped at the chance to care for others in a totally different way. How awesome is it that I get to help others find their dream home, rent out their vacation home here on Cape Cod and help others sell their home to move onto another dream they may have?
